By registering on the website or by subscribing to a product/service and providing your contact details (telephone, email, mobile number, shipping address etc), you agree that this action constitutes consent, for the purposes of the telemarketing laws, to receive information about products and services from Page Industries Limited (“PIL”), being the exclusive licensee of SPEEDO International Inc. (UK) for manufacture and distribution of the SPEEDO® brand swimwear and equipment for Men, Women and kids in India. You hereby consent to our contacting you pursuant to the business relationship established using the information you provide to us. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent as per the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) unless the DPDP Act allows to process even without your consent. You reserve the right to withdraw your consent at any time as per the provisions of the DPDP Act. You acknowledge that such revocation will be effective only from the date we receive your request. To sign up on our website, you are required to provide us with your contact number for the generation of OTP via SMS. Upon logging in through OTP, certain basic mandatory information, inter-alia, including your name, e-mail ID etc, shall be provided by you. Once the registration is completed, the shared contact number can be used to access your account every time you visit our website.

Upon placing an order on our website, we shall be entitled to use your registered mobile number on the website to send transaction-related SMS to you, irrespective of DND (“Do not Disturb”) services being activated on your mobile. We may occasionally send promotional SMS to your registered mobile number. Consumer hereby authorises us to send transactional SMS to his registered number, even if the number is registered for DND service.

We may also receive relevant information from other sources and use such information to provide a better consumer experience.

We do not take Credit/Debit cards or Net banking details on our website. On clicking the option Pay Now, you will be redirected to either Secure Payment Gateway or the Bank’s Net Banking website to complete the transaction. You will then be required to enter your relevant card details or net banking details on the page to complete the transaction. On successful completion of the transaction, you will be redirected to our website with your order details and order number being displayed.

It is to be noted that we will not be storing any Bank related information on our records and none of our staff will hold or be exposed to this information.

It is not a mandatory requirement to accept cookies for using your account. However, cookies can be used to ensure quick and improved shopping experience including entering your password OTP less frequently during a session. We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access to or accidental loss of or destruction or damage to your information. When we collect data through our website, we collect your personal details on a secured server. The payment details are entered on the Payment Gateway’s or Bank’s page on a secured SSL. The data is transferred between the Bank and gateways in an encrypted manner.

Though we are unable to guarantee 100% security, encryption makes it hard for a hacker to decrypt your details. You are strongly recommended not to send full credit or debit card details in unencrypted electronic communications with us. Except on the Payment Gateways page of your respective bank, you are requested not to submit or otherwise/send to the website/e-mail IDs provided therein or to any other IDs, your debit or credit card or any other banking details. • Keep your OTP which is generated while logging in private. Anybody who knows your OTP can access your account.
• Always log out when you complete an online session instead of closing the page.

• Fraudsters may send genuine-looking emails that contain viruses. These viruses install malicious code on your computer/electronic device without your knowledge and extract your confidential information that you use to access your online profile/account etc.

Upon receipt of this data, we will investigate and resolve the issue within 15 business days from receipt of your request. We make good-faith efforts to give you ways to update your data, although some changes require personal contact with a PIL representative.
• The right to erasure or restrict processing of data: You have the right to request PIL to erase or restrict processing of your personal data, under certain conditions including proving that this data was reported to PIL by mistake but exercising this right may impact your access to some of our services.
• The right to withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent): Where we process personal data based on consent, you have a right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting our customer care.
• The right to nominate: You have the right to nominate any other individual, who shall, in the event of death or incapacity of you, exercise your rights in accordance with the provisions of the DPDP Act.
• The right to grievance redressal: You have the right to readily available means of registering a grievance with PIL. In the event of not being satisfied with the response from PIL to your grievance or receiving no response within seven days or such shorter period as may be prescribed, you may register a complaint with the supervisory authority in such manner as may be prescribed.
