Pinelabs E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. This E-Gift card is to be used only by the individual to whom it is issued and is non-transferable.
2. This E-Gift card is redeemable only on www.speedo.in and not through any other mode whether online or offline.
3. This E-Gift card is not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.
4. This E-Gift card can be used once. Any unused balance will be forfeited and will not be returned or credited.
5. Valid for 365 days/1 year from the date of issue. Expired E-Gift cards cannot be validated.
6. Terms and conditions may be changed by Page Industries Limited ("PAGE”) without prior notice.
7. PAGE is not liable for E-Gift cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.

9. All disputes whatsoever regarding any aspect of this E-Gift card shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. PAGE holds the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.

Vouchagram E-Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions 

1. 1. This Speedo E-Gift Voucher (E-GV) can only be redeemed at www.speedo.in website
   2. This E-GV is to be used only by the individual to whom it is issued and is non-transferable.
   3. This E-GV is not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.
   4. This is a one-time use E-GV. If the order value exceeds the E-GV value, the difference must be paid by other payment option. If the order value is less than the E-GV value, E-GV cannot be redeemed.
   5. This E-GV is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Expired E-GVs cannot be revalidated.
   6. Page Industries Limited (“PAGE”) reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions for the E-GV without any prior notice or liability.

   8. PAGE is not liable for lost, stolen or destroyed E-GV and/or unauthorized usage of this E-GV.
   9. Any dispute related to this E-GV shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. PAGE holds the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
   10. In no event shall PAGE's liability for any claims exceed the value of this E-GV in dispute.
